		<description>Actually, Dr. Watson simply brings forth the same arguments Justice Thomas raises about affirmative action being a contradiction in itself. I think Watson&#039;s point is well taken--that although intelligence is a pretty sketchy asset to correctly quantify, it would stand to reason that in the past vast amounts of the world&#039;s populace were segregated geographically and the intelligence levels of some cultures would most likely evolve at different rates. Dr. Watson could&#039;ve certainly made this point in a less off-color fashion. But, that hardly means he&#039;s ignorant.</description>
