For those of you who have been following the blog, you have probably noticed that I have not been posting lately.  A few weeks ago I took a few weeks off from my practice to attend the National Criminal Defense College in Macon, GA.  The experience was nothing short of transformative.  The college, which only selects about 200 attorneys a year, is two weeks of intensive trial training taught by the nations best criminal defense attorneys.

I had a wonderful time at the College and I am looking forward to the trials that are currently scheduled for the summer and fall so that I can put these new strategies into action.  You can learn more about the college on the web at www.ncdc.net I have to give a special thanks to my Section E class mates, who were invaluable to my growth along the way.
