When it comes to fees I have three core beliefs:
- Legal services should be affordable.
- Clients have a right to know what legal services will cost up-front whenever possible.
- Clients should have options when it comes to payment.
To that end, I have developed the following fee policies:
No Fee Consultations
Initial consultations of up to 30 minutes are free. During those 30 minutes, I will listen to your problem, ask questions, and get to know you. I will not give you free advice. After 30 Minutes a $50.00 extended consultation fee will apply.
Flat Rates
For many services, I am able to estimate the cost of my services in advance. For those projects I will provide you with flat fee pricing. If you have a question about the fee for a particular service, feel free to contact me for a quote.
Hourly Rates
Some projects require continuing representation over a period of months or years. For other projects, it is difficult to determine how much of my time will be needed at the outset. For those projects, I bill on an hourly basis in 15 minute increments. My current hourly rate is $250.00 per hour.

I understand that legal fees are often an unexpected expense. That is why I offer flexible credit card payment options.
